Rules

Every territory starts unclaimed at a fixed base price. Pay that price and it's yours — you set an advertiser name, a website link, a logo, and optionally a short video, all shown on the territory's page and filling its shape on the world map.

Anyone can challenge an owned territory by outbidding its current value. A qualifying bid must beat the current value by at least 5%, or $1, whichever is higher. A qualifying bid opens a battle — the territory flips to “in battle” and a countdown starts.

A battle runs for 10 minutes. Every qualifying competing bid extends the clock by 30 seconds — so a battle can't be sniped in its last second — up to a cap of 30 minutes of total extension. When the clock runs out, the highest bidder wins: they become the new owner at their bid amount, and their advertiser details replace the previous owner's.

Claiming charges your saved card immediately. Bidding only places a hold — nothing is charged unless you win. If someone outbids you, your hold is released right away. If you win the battle, the hold is captured for the winning amount. You'll need a saved payment method before you can claim or bid; add one from your dashboard.

• Bids are capped at $1,000,000 as a sanity ceiling.

Every click on an advertised website link — from a territory page or the leaderboard — is counted and shown publicly. The leaderboard ranks owners by total territory value or count, and shows total clicks driven across everything they own.

Territories represent digital ad placements only — they don't confer ownership, possession, or any legal interest in the real-world places they're named after. Accounts found abusing the platform (fraud, fake payment activity, abusive content) may be banned; a ban ends active sessions immediately and is enforced on every request, not just at login.
